What is Liquidity Hub?​

Liquidity Hub is an internal marketplace that enables you to buy and sell stakes in private equity funds with other clients on behalf of your clients. The platform provides a structured, compliant environment for secondary transactions.

How does the platform work?​

The platform operates on two sides:

Sellers

  • List positions they want to sell
  • Set their terms
  • Review bids from interested buyers

Buyers

  • Browse available listings
  • Submit bids on positions that interest them

Both parties can negotiate through counter-offers, and the transaction process is guided step-by-step until completion.
